- BC-MANUFACTURING
BC-MANUFACTURING is a template solution for the manufacturing industry developed by PBC based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. In addition to the standard functions needed for production management, BC-MANUFACTURING provides result input formats for plant workers and interfaces with other scheduler systems.
In terms of cost accounting, BC-MANUFACTURING is equipped with the stepladder and monthly average methods. Integration with other scheduler systems enables more accurate production planning. Furthermore, transaction calculations by process and department are executed in a single database utilizing stepladder department process cost data. BC-MANUFACTURING can calculate production costs by monthly average and manages actual cost and absorbed cost separately. Check below for more details.
Featuers of BC-MANUFACTURING
The main features in BC-MANUFACTURING are as follows.
Order control | Controls multi-level production by product number |
---|---|
Barcode result registration |
|
Actual cost accounting (function of overhead cost distribution) |
Allocate the month’s manufacturing cost to cost center by accounting item, then allocate it to item costs by the production result ratio (time or quantity). |
Allocation of inventory differences | Allocate inventory differences at the end of month by product or production order. This may occur when users are required to register material consumption based on theoretical values due to backlash or otherwise. |
Order Control
When a production order is required for the purpose of accurate in-process inventory, this function enables users to confirm progress or status by production number at a glance.
Barcode result registration
This allows a user to effectively enter a result of output or work time by reading a barcode and displaying the result input screen after completing a task.
Actual cost accounting (Function of overhead cost distribution)
This delivers detailed actual cost accounting per item/production order by allocating production overhead by section/product, which is added up in the accounting module.
Allocation of inventory differences
This function is designed to accurately ascertain differences in quantity by allocating material inventory differences in production order units.
