Use Dynamics 365 Sales to keep track of your accounts and contacts, nurture your sales from lead to order, create sales collateral, create marketing lists and campaigns, and even follow service cases associated with specific accounts or opportunities. 


In Dynamics 365 for Sales, users can manage email marketing, campaigns and opportunities at before negotiation step. It also supports after negotiation steps by tracking communications with prospects, activity record, and management of sales materials such as brochures and proposals.


Users can manage their customer lists as “Lead”. The marketing function of Dynamics 365 Sales support overall marketing operations such as campaigns, creating target lists and registrations after campaign.
