PBC Support Scheme
PBC’s support services are provided through a support website using Dynamics CRM and SharePoint. You can always access the daily support records, a history of your inquiries and contract information. As an optional service we can utilize AquaGuard, a screen recording system for user support.
Inquiry Management (Dynamics CRM)
Users can send inquiries from the support website. The inquiries are sent to the PBC support team and the support consultant assigned handles the issue. You can check the status and history of your inquiries on the website.
Sharing of the Dynamics ERP Operation Schedule (Dynamics CRM/SharePoint)
By using calendars on the support website, you can share Dynamics ERP-related event schedules such as monthly closing, year-end closing, inventory count, personnel shift and hardware replacement. PBC offers smooth and timely support according to the event schedule.
Knowledge Base Building (SharePoint)
By collectively storing inquiries on SharePoint, we accumulate operational knowledge for Dynamics ERP on the system. SharePoint also controls documentation updates, including specifications and user manuals.
