ERP Implementation/Development Consulting Services

PBC has provided ERP implementation and development consulting services with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics® NAV since 2001. We have a team of multi-national consultants and Japanese bilinguals with Microsoft certifications, and can support projects not only in Japan but also overseas.

PBC’s ERP implementation projects can be classified into three types.
First is implementation for the overseas subsidiaries of Japanese enterprises. We help our customers define and develop a corporate template in Japan. For implementation, we collaborate with trusted partners to ensure that local business requirements are fulfilled and system maintenance will be provided.
Second is implementation for Japanese companies in Japan. We help develop systems to meet the requirements for sophisticated and complex business processes, enabling customers to boost competitiveness and productivity in the Japanese business environment. Third is implementation for foreign subsidiaries in Japan. We can communicate effectively in English with corporate headquarters abroad and local senior executives in Japan, allowing our customers to complete implementation in a relatively short time.

Project Management Methodologies

Microsoft’s SureStep

SureStep has been created by Microsoft based on PMBOK and is specifically geared towards Microsoft Dynamics products. Phase is the highest hierarchy in order to configure the project and there are 8 Phases below. Phase 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 are carried out in sequence whereas Phase 7 - System Architecture is processed at anytime, depending on the projects.
