Third, the implementation for the foreign subsidiaries in Japan. We can effectively communicate in English with corporate headquarters abroad and local senior executives in Japan, so that our customers can complete the implementation in a relatively short time.

Project Management Methodologies

Microsoft’s SureStep

SureStep is a project management methodology commonly used by Microsoft Dynamics partners worldwide. SureStep has been created by Microsoft based on PMBOK and specifically geared towards Microsoft Dynamics products. There are four kind of methods; Enterprise, Standard, Rapid and Upgrade. You can choose one depending on the type and size of the project.

PBC 10 Steps

At PBC, we deploy our own 10 Steps project management methodology that is optimized for SMB, based on Microsoft's SureStep.

In the first phase of project definition, we clarify the scope of the implementation and the roles of the project members, then we establish system implementation plan. Next, we conduct concept training to the key members at the customer site to understand the actual operation of Microsoft Dynamics products.
After that, we conduct the Fit/Gap Analysis (As-is, To-be) with the key members. Then, we present our final system implementation costs. This requirement analysis enables us to deploy the system that truly meets the customer needs.
By combining Microsoft's SureStep and PBC's own 10 Steps, we can reduce the risk, and we can complete the successful ERP implementations within planned cost and schedule.
