Features of Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Microsoft Dynamics NAV has wide range of modules including Financial Management, Sales/Purchase/Inventory, Warehouse Management, Service Management, Project Management and CRM.

User-friendly interface and integration with other Microsoft products

Users can operate Microsoft Dynamics NAV intuitively through user-friendly interface. For instance, as the menu screen is quite similar to that of Microsoft® Outlook®, a well-known communication tool, training time can be reduced. From the 2009 version, a new "Role Center" has been introduced, allowing users to customize their interface according to their "role."

Implementation of tailored system in a short time

When you implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV, you don’t need to change the way your business operates. As Microsoft Dynamics NAV is one of the easiest ERP packages to customize, you can build systems that are tailored to your business.
Reports, Forms, Pages and User screens can be configured, and since the Microsoft Dynamics NAV programming language (C/AL, or Client Application Language) is easy to learn, in-house IT resources can be used to maintain the system without difficulties.

Supports effective communication

With Microsoft BizTalk® Server and XML document exchange, you can communicate with overseas affiliates efficiently. Microsoft Dynamics NAV supports complex data management by helping you control inter-company transactions with multiple charts of accounts, multiple dimensions, as well as multi-language and multi-currency support.
What’s more, the introduction of new web services makes integration with other systems much easier.

Meets the requirements specific to each country

Microsoft Dynamics NAV, which is implemented in more than 150 countries, is equipped with multi-language and multi-currency support as standard. It supports legal and financial requirements and standard business practices in various countries. Microsoft has localized it into forty different country versions, and it displays 126 languages. PBC provides its own Japanese version (J-Pack) and Chinese version (C-Pack and H-Pack) .
