Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 SP1 Role Tailored Client

Pacific Business Consulting, Inc. (PBC) announces the release of Japanese version for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 SP1 Role Tailored Client, the latest version of Dynamics NAV. The product will be available from the end of April. The Japanese version includes some unique functions developed by PBC to meet Japanese business requirements.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 SP1 Role Tailored Client supports three tier systems, adopting web technologies. “Three tier system” is a system with three layers, Presentation layer, Application layer and Data layer. Business logic is located within the server in three tier system, which reduces the time and labors to change the logic and distributes load of the server.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 SP1 Role Tailored Client has a completely new user interfaces. Just as its name ”Role Tailored” shows, interfaces can be setup according to work roles. Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 SP1 Role Tailored Client enables users to easily access to the necessary functions and improves operational efficiency. In addition, coordination with other systems is much easier than before because of Web services technologies.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an integrated management software with 76,000 installation sites. Many enterprises in Japan as well as Europe and the USA are already using the solution. It supports IFRS. PBC will widely provide the solution to companies in all industries.

Role center is the portal to Microsoft Dynamics NAV. When you open Microsoft Dynamics NAV, there are 21 ready-made Role Centers ready for action. Each user can personalize the Role Center as well.
2. Integration with Outlook
Integration with Outlook is enhanced. Outlook in-box and task list can be shown on the NAV screen.
3. Enhanced reporting function
More visualized repot with charts and graphs can be created
4. Supporting Web services
By implementing Web services, you can access Microsoft Dynamics NAV data and business logic from outside the product in a standard, secure way.
5. Supports IFRS
Dynamics NAV is compliant with IFRS.
