This division handles the business solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics products since 2001. With the present economic trend is perceived, the Microsoft Dynamics products are well accepted by foreign enterprises in Japan as well as the Japanese affiliated companies in overseas. PBC has the largest number of Certified Specialists for Microsoft Dynamics in Japan. Microsoft Dynamics NAV, CRM, SureStep and SharePoint are being used within PBC as a practical example.
PBC is specialized in offering Dynamics NAX/AX implementation services by our bilingual consultants from Asia Pacific countries. Due to the strength of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/AX in the area of multi-languages support and multi-currency handling, our consultants are working closely with IT department and financial group staff of the client’s head office to ensure the smooth implementation of the system at their overseas offices. The demands for this type of deployment are increasingly observed these days.
Historically, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX were called Navision and Axapta. Microsoft acquired Navision/Axapta in 2002. Prior to this acquisition, PBC had already localized both products to meet the Japanese local business practices.
In 2007, PBC was nominated as an only official member in Japan of Partner Power International who is regarded as one of the largest organizations of delivering Microsoft Dynamics products worldwide.
Based on PBC’s 10 years experiences of offering Dynamics solutions, we have developed our own add-on solutions to fulfill the Japanese business practices. Among those are; Microsoft Dynamics NAV Japanese Localization (so called J-Pack) and Chinese Localizations (so called C-Pack for Simplified Chinese market and H-Pack for Traditional Chinese market). Furthermore, PBC has developed various solution templates for specific industries such as Manufacturing, Maintenance/Service, Retail and Trade. Due to the high recognition of Dynamics NAV/AX in Japan and deep knowledge in Dynamics products, PBC has frequently received inquiries regarding Dynamics products recently.
PBC is also strengthening our position as an overall qualified IT solutions provider of Microsoft Products based on Dynamics NAV, AX and CRM as core products. “2010 Microsoft Dynamics Reseller of the Year - Japan” was awarded to PBC and we are now a member of Microsoft “President’s Club”. We also received “Microsoft Partner of the Year 2010 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Competency Award” from Microsoft Japan.

The mission of Network Solution Services (NSS) division is focused on “Achieving the infrastructure that supports IT business age”.
Our solution is centered on the systems that operates the network system and the business application that becomes the backbone of the enterprise. In addition, we offer strong support service to those who require a non-stop system with excellent cost performance.
Our experienced bilingual consultants offer local network infrastructure service as well as corporate standardized system co-ordination which bring a trusted environment of new generation business infrastructure to our clients.
Recently, NSS play a major role in developing “AquaGuard” product. AquaGuard is a unique solution for recording network user operations and playback on demand. As a result, AquaGuard can reproduce user's operation history by the image accurately. As a system supporting tool, a significant cost reduction is expected. In addition, the image data are recorded and stored in the server in an extremely efficient way by unique data compression technology. This helps to pursue the cause of system problems with easy and simple operation. Therefore, AquaGuard can be used as a System Support tool for any size of enterprises. This product can also be used for security control due to its unique capability of reproducing the system operation images precisely.

The Retail Solution Services (RSS) division has started its business of importing Point-of-Sales (POS) products, marketing and installing the products at the customers’ stores. Also, this division is engaged in distributing the products through wholesale marketing channels throughout Japan. With the continuous effort on marketing POS systems, RSS division has successfully delivered quite a number of POS systems in Japan and is providing after sales services to the end users.
Based on the experiences acquired from the past business activities, RSS division has been extended the support and maintenance of NAV-RETAIL, an add-on solution for Dynamics NAV implemented by the Business Solutions Division.
