A.P.C. Japan imports and retails textile goods of A.P.C. France. They also operate marketing and PR activities for the product branding in the Japanese market. Brush Wellman Japan KK unified its information system and made company-wide sharing of data possible by implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly Navision). Best of all was the customization based on Navision lot tracking functionality. Thanks to this customization, the results of coil slitting process can be recorded as inventory data at the factory. Now it is possible to get the slit and packaging information into the coil ledger and make the use of real-time data available not only at the factory but also the sales and management departments to increase the efficiency of business operations.

Dic Man Roland KK is a company under joint management between German headquartered Man Roland and Dai Nippon Ink & Chemicals KK. The printing machines produced by Dic Man Roland KK are highly successful in the market segments for publishing, commercial printing and, package printing.
Dic Man Roland KK replaced its various separate systems with integrated Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly Navision) because it was difficult to grasp the necessary information from various operations of the company. After implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV with its Jobs Module, it became possible to efficiently control the costs of each printing machine setup project. Using Navision analysis code function allows the company to control costs of machine sales, installation, sales of parts, service orders, and order placements as well as other related costs of each machine setup project.

Thermo King KK is a group company of Ingersoll-Rand Group (Headquarters in Pittsburg, US) located in Japan. The company has the top share in import and sales of industry equipment, particularly, air-coolers for vehicles.
Thermo King had several isolated systems for each department. As this environment did not allow to share information company-wide, Microsoft Dynamics NAV integrated system was implemented to utilize the benefits of a total information system. It became possible to share the same information from sales to after-service. Thanks to the implementation of Navision services management module, the company can easily control the dispatched engineers and ordered spare parts during their service considerably improving the customer support.

Noritsu Koki KK.
Noritsu Koki KK is a leading company in production and sales of printers and photo processing equipment for corporate use. The company is developing business in the domestic and foreign markets.
By replacing the old systems in Japan, the headquarters of Noritsu Koki managed to reform and standardize operations of the sales and service systems of its overseas bases. Microsoft Dynamics NAV was already installed and well performing at the company's eight locations in Asia. By implementation at the headquarters, it became possible to streamline and standardize the operations of affiliated companies from material flows to warehouse and services.
Further reducing the total cost of ownership (TCO), the central server system was installed. It allows extracting data from each overseas base easily and to control the subsidiaries and the affiliate companies in effectively.

Founded in Paris in 1895, today, Le Cordon Bleu encompasses the global network of 26 cooking schools represented in 15 countries where 18000 students are studying.
Le Cordon Bleu has also developed restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops; and publishes various cookbooks for amateurs and professionals. A sister company “Pierre Deux French Country” which specializes in interior decolation opened 15 shops in the US and Japan.
By using Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Le Cordon Bleu has achieved to unify the management of its diverse business operations: The single system is used for accounting, purchasing, processing of sales orders and warehouse management at shops, schools and other business divisions, which is classified with the analysis dimension feature in the system.
